Summary

Equisolve prides itself in being best-in class in client services and is seeking to add a talented, motivated, Client Services Web Specialist to our team. As a Client Services Web Specialist you will be the key point of contact for all clients in making updates to their investor relations and corporate websites using a proprietary Content Management System (CMS). The ability to balance speed and accuracy is critical to being successful in this role, as well as being able to effectively communicate with clients at all levels. Experience in working with public companies and investor relations clients is helpful to be successful in this role.

This position operates 12:30-8:30pm ET.

We welcome telecommuters and are 100% set up for remote work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll be working with public companies to manage and maintain their investor relations and corporate websites
  • As a Client Services team member, you will act as the main point of contact for all client requests
  • Work from Freshdesk, a ticket system, to manage and reply to requests submitted by clients and to manage system tickets automatically generated from press releases and SEC filings
  • Utilize the internal CMS to make website updates as requested by clients and generated by automated processes
  • Complete all work accurately and timely while meeting response and accuracy SLAs
  • Act as an internal expert in the client's financial earnings process and make website updates as needed during earnings
  • Communicate directly with clients at top levels to update them on the status of or to clarify their requests
  • Provide direction and recommendations to clients based on best practices
  • Communicate and coordinate across internal teams when needed for additional development or creative work
  • Work across internal teams to highlight any system or platform issues and to identify new feature opportunities
  • Act as an expert in the CMS system and complete client trainings on the CMS as needed

About You

  • Experience working in customer-centric environments (you love collaborating with people)
  • Experience in web content management and/or system management tools
  • Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in interacting with top-level contacts via email and calls
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and accurate in your work
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and SLAs
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Help desk, client services, or project management experience is preferred
  • Experience working with a web design agency or digital company is preferred
  • Bonus: You have experience working with Investor Relations clients and public companies

Benefits

$55-65K, dependent on experience, full health insurance, long-term disability, 401k, and vacation time. Casual, friendly atmosphere, and an A+ team.
