Operations PV Manager
to join them. You will report to the Director, PMO and will have an
onsite
work structure in
Chatsworth, CA
.
The job purpose of the Operations PV Manager will be able to provide leadership to the Supply Chain, Planning, Operations members of the local PMO and assist the Project Manager in leading the relevant areas of the wider Integrated Project Team. To ensure excellence for all activities associated with novating a Licensors supplier demand and orderbook into Ontic. The role is responsible for transition of all associated activities of supply chain, planning and orderbook execution into Ontic, to include re-sourcing where required, establishing the initial planning requirements within the ERP system, and implementing the operational requirements to be able to execute the customer orderbook. A key requirement for this role is the planning and facilitation of the Process Validation activities through to handover to production.

- Demonstrated experience in supply chain, planning and manufacturing / aerospace environment is desired.
- Proven experience of working directly with suppliers including negotiating pricing and lead time.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills of technical issues.
- Effective and accurate use of MS Office applications and ERP systems.
- Able to produce clear, concise and accurate written and verbal communications (in English) at all levels.
- Effective listening skills.
- Confident in a fast moving and changing environment with the skill to prioritize tasks as the project or business demands.
- Willing to occasionally work outside core hours and be flexible to react to the business priorities.
- Ability to travel globally for short periods of the transition.
- Ability to make recommendations on the best way forward when there is more than one solution to the problem.
As An Operations PV Manager, You Will
- Provide management leadership and guidance to both the Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations members of the local PMO team, and work closely with all members of the wider PMO team, as applicable, to follow the PMO standard processes from project kick off through PV completion and handoff to production.
- Work with all members of the Integrated Project Team identified by the local site to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to within the applicable quality plan.
