As a Dietary Cook (Cook) at Loyalhanna Care Center, you will prepare and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals while maintaining food safety, sanitation, and quality standards in a healthcare setting.

Ask us about our No-Frills Program — eligible full-time Dietary Cooks (Cooks) may opt out of company benefits and PTO in exchange for an additional $3.00 per hour in pay.

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with menus, recipes, and dietary requirements
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Ensure proper portioning, temperature control, and presentation of meals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to meet resident needs

• Pay range: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience)
• No-Frills Program option: +$3.00/hour in lieu of benefits and PTO
• Employment status: Full-Time
• Shift: Day and Evening shifts available
• Location: Latrobe, PA

• Previous cooking or food service experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare or institutional kitchen environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
