• Strong Agile / SAFe experience (PI Planning, Epics, User Stories, MVP)
• Excellent stakeholder and Product Owner collaboration

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned SAFe Business Analyst to bridge business and IT by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements while delivering data-driven insights. The role focuses on supporting enterprise initiatives in a SAFe Agile environment and driving client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Support Product Owners in breaking down epics into features and user stories
• Manage backlog, releases, and MVP delivery in Agile/SAFe framework
• Perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights\
• Conduct business process modeling and workflow documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, QA, and development teams
• Identify risks, monitor impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions and validated

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Computer Science / Business preferred)
• SAFe 6.0, Certified BA, Scrum Master (preferred)
• Experience with ADO, VersionOne, SDLC tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
