Service Advisor

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at our automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong knowledge of automotive services. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.  The Service Writer is responsible for building customer relationships, setting and achieving goals, maintaining service records, making sure all customer concerns are satisfied and ensuring service is performed at the highest level 

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the dealership

- Listen to customer concerns and provide recommendations for services

- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided 

- Detail-oriented to ensure accurate documentation of service requests and vehicle information

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, and customer service.
• Detail Oriented 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
• Must understand and keep up to date on all federal, state, and local regulations that affect the service department
• Must comply with the above regulations including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA and provide necessary training on these regulations and ethical practices
• Maintain all required training. 
• Must pass drug screening and background check prior to employment.
• Valid Driver's License
