Insurance Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20/hr - $24/hr depending on experience and credentials, plus commission.

Full Time Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00 pm

The Wilbert Wenner Agency is seeking an ambitious and professional individual to service personal and commercial insurance policies.

We are a small, growing, and family-oriented insurance agency that specializes in personal and commercial insurance. Our product offerings include auto, home, farm, business, and recreational insurance. As a customer service representative, your duties will include the following:

• Answering phones, greeting, and interacting with our customers

• Taking payments

• Managing clients through our management system, Hawksoft

• Selling/servicing of new and existing insurance policies

• Servicing tasks include but are not limited to quoting, policy changes, insurance certificates, accounting and billing, and documentation

• Small housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

• Property and Casualty insurance license will be obtained within 12 months of starting. All training will be paid for by the agency

• A family-oriented approach to co-worker and customer interaction

• Strong verbal communication skills

• No experience required but pay will depend on previous experience and credentials

• Must be friendly, ambitious, independent, and willing to learn

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
