About the Role

A global SAP ERP implementation initiative. This role sits within the
Change Management Team
, responsible for driving adoption and readiness across the enterprise. You will act as the
connector
between current-state process owners and future-state SMEs—identifying change impacts, planning mitigations, and tracking progress through analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Impact Analysis:
    Partner with stakeholders to identify and document impacts across processes, roles, and regions.
  • Mitigation Planning:
    Define actions, owners, and timelines; track closure of risks/issues.
  • Dashboarding & Metrics:
    Maintain and enhance
    Power BI dashboards
    for change readiness, adoption, and risk trends.
  • Collaboration & Facilitation:
    Orchestrate conversations between multiple groups, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Project Management Light:
    Drive follow-through on mitigations and readiness activities without formal PM authority.

Required Skills

  • Change Management Expertise:
    Experience with impact assessments, readiness planning, and adoption strategies.
  • Power BI Proficiency:
    Ability to build dashboards, model data, and report KPIs (or similar analytics tool experience).
  • Strong Collaboration:
    Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and hold teams accountable.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Ability to manage multiple conversations and dependencies.

Nice-to-Have

  • SAP ERP program experience.
  • Smartsheet Experience:
    Comfortable managing impact registers and workflows (or equivalent table-based tools like Asana/Airtable).
  • Familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR or similar frameworks.
  • Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query).
  • Experience creating reusable change artifacts.
