Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Carl Junction, MO, for a Computer Support Specialist. The selected candidate will provide technical support to students and staff, ensuring smooth operation of IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining and upgrading systems, supporting end-users with technical inquiries, and ensuring the security of data and systems. The individual will also collaborate with team members to implement technology solutions and maintain records of technical support requests.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to assist users with technical inquiries
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
• Familiarity with educational technology systems is a plus
• Associate's degree or verifiable related experience in technology support.

This position is on-premises in Carl Junction, MO.

Salary: $22.62-$24.32 per hour. Placement in the range will be based on a combination of education and industry related experience.

Pay: $ $24.32 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
