We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager to help us run our center smoothly—supporting families, staff, and leadership every step of the way.
About the Role:
As Practice Manager, you are the welcoming first point of contact for families seeking our help. Your expertise in administration and customer service will ensure our center operates efficiently and compassionately. Your responsibilities will include managing client intake calls, scheduling appointments, overseeing billing, and supporting daily office operations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to families and staff
- Communicate organizational goals and foster a team-oriented environment
- Support families with administrative needs, including intake, scheduling, and billing
- Coordinate provider schedules and monitor appointment availability
- Manage office budget, expenses, and supplies
- Ensure billing policies are followed accurately
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving staff and patients
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- Perform clerical duties: filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Contact vendors and process invoices
- Utilize EMR systems for documentation and billing
- Oversee accounts receivable/payable and office equipment requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business (prefered)
- 5+ years of office management experience (healthcare industry preferred)
- Knowledge of managed care and medical group operations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, EMR systems, and QuickBooks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay calm under pressure
- Outgoing, personable, and dedicated to providing excellent service
