Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality personal care and support services as an independent contractor The CNA will work with clients to assist with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety following patient care plan and doctor's orders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide assistance with transfers and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse
• Take and record vital signs
• Follow individualized patient care plans
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding according to patient care plan
• Perform light housekeeping if indicated in patient's care plan
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and care team members

Requirements:

· Current CNA certification in good standing in the state of practice (required)

· Valid government-issued photo ID (required)

· Current CPR/First Aid certification (required)

· Ability to pass background check and drug screening (required)

· Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

· Must maintain own professional liability insurance (preferred)

Independent Contractor Status:

· This position is classified as a 1099 independent contractor

· Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits

· No employee benefits (health insurance, PTO, workers' compensation, etc.) are provided

Pay: $ $28.93 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 20.0 per week
