Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinic-Based

Location: Columbia, MD
Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 per year + performance-based bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Clinic-Based

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a clinic-based BCBA to join our Columbia, MD team. This role focuses on clinical excellence, supervision, and collaboration within a supportive clinic environment.

This position is ideal for a BCBA who values structure, teamwork, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Analyze data and monitor client progress
• Ensure compliance with BACB, state, and payer standards
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
