Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' dining experience, maintaining our reputation as a top destination in Miami.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival and guide them through our menu offerings.
• Take orders accurately and communicate guest preferences to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring all items meet Spanglish's high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of our cocktail menu, including ingredients and preparation techniques.
• Process payments and ensure that all transactions are handled accurately.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas.
• Address any guest concerns with professionalism and patience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial transactions.
