Position: Concierge Coordinator
The concierge coordinator is responsible for coordinating the dealership's loaner and courtesy vehicle program, ensuring smooth and efficient customer transportation while maintaining our high standards of service. This role requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and values teamwork.

Location: Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac- 3477 Southwestern Blvd. Orchard Park, NY

Compensation: $19-$21 + bonus opportunity

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-2pm

Concierge Coordinator Job Duties:

• Track and coordinate a fleet of courtesy transportation vehicles including cars, SUVs, and light trucks
• Monitor vehicle condition, including cleanliness and inspect for damage pre and post customer use
• Complete loaner agreements and ensure proper documentation is signed and filed
• Monitor vehicle to reach but not exceed manufacturer team and mileage limits
• Communicate with the service team to anticipate customer needs and coordinate timely vehicle availability
• Arrange concierge drop off and pick up remotely for customer convenience
• Answer phones for the service department
• Schedule appointments for service as needed, and coordinate the rental need
• Ensure all insurance, registration and safety documentation is up to date
• Provide excellent customer service with a warm, friendly attitude

• Assist with other service department tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Prior dealership experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using computer systems and managing schedules
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• A team player who thrives in a people-first environment
• Professional appearance with strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass employment screening (background and drug test)

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
