POSITION SUMMARY
The Supply Chain 3rd Party Providers Analyst ensures robust financial and operational controls across international freight (import/export). This role mitigates risk by resolving issues, performing root cause analysis, and delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
This role is responsible for delivering timely, actionable analyses and data-driven recommendations to optimize international freight operations. The Analyst will influence business partners to drive decisions that improve performance, reduce costs, and strengthen compliance with Nestlé policies.
Core responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, ensuring accurate cost allocation, and performing root cause analysis to eliminate waste and enhance governance frameworks. The position requires strong collaboration across Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation, and Operations teams to resolve issues, align priorities, and implement sustainable solutions.
The ideal candidate will excel at prioritizing complex workloads in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and influence stakeholders to adopt best practices. This role supports the Finance Manager in streamlining processes, improving visibility to spend, and elevating control frameworks across international freight programs. Success in this position offers opportunities to manage projects, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to long-term business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze international freight discrepancies and disputes; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to strengthen process accuracy and controls.
- Ensure freight payments and accruals are accurate, timely, and aligned with contractual terms; validate multi-vendor charges and highlight exceptions or risks.
