Duties

• Assist with demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and finishing work to bring renovation visions to life
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete various construction tasks
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb. Work outdoors in hot or cold weather, ability to sit, stand, bend and work on your knees. Posess a positive attitude & willingness to learn.
• Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, trim, and hardware with precision and attention to detail
• Perform rough & finish carpentry, finishing work such as drywall, trim & paint. Roofing, siding & gutters, tile and flooring work as needed on-site
• Conduct basic construction to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project
• Follow safety rules and building codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of debris responsibly
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction or home improvement projects is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction techniques
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus
• Experience with plumbing, electrical work, fixture installation, or restoration projects is highly desirable
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward safety procedures and quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license may be required for site access or equipment operation
