Curated Los Angeles is seeking an exceptional, outgoing, and passionate Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position is available full-time or part-time and is ideal for someone who loves sales, people, and fine designer jewelry.

Curated Los Angeles is a finely curated designer jewelry boutique located on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica. We serve a sophisticated clientele and operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high-fashion sensibility. Our team is collaborative, energetic, and deeply passionate about what we do.

About You

You are naturally outgoing, enthusiastic, and thrive in a customer-facing sales environment. You love connecting with people, building relationships, and guiding clients toward jewelry they'll cherish. You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a small, fast-paced business.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an elevated, personalized sales experience in-store and online
• Build lasting relationships with clients through genuine connection and follow-through
• Learn and communicate the stories, craftsmanship, and design philosophy behind our curated jewelry collections
• Support daily boutique operations, including merchandising, order processing, and client follow-up
• Collaborate with a small, team-oriented staff to meet sales and business goals
• Maintain a polished and organized sales floor aligned with our brand standards

What We're Looking For

• A love of sales, people, fashion, and jewelry
• Strong retail sales background (jewelry experience preferred, not required)
• Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Ability to multitask and adapt as business needs evolve
• Comfortable using computers; MS Excel experience preferred
• At least 2 years of sales experience preferred
• College degree preferred
• Flexible availability, including weekends
