Start Date: ASAP- May, 29th, 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week; daily hours may vary between 7:00am – 4:00pm
Pay: $48–51 per hour (based on experience)
Location: 100% on-site – Moreno Valley, CA.
Job Type: W-2, Full-Time

Caseload: Could be elementary sites, middle school site or high school site.

About the Role:

Inclusive Learning Partners is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT to support student mental health and well-being across school sites in the Moreno Valley, CA. In this role, you'll provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, support IEP teams, and collaborate with school personnel to foster inclusive learning environments. This position is ideal for experienced clinicians who are confident in managing complex student needs and passionate about helping children thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program or Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or closely related field
  • Active California LCSW or LMFT license
  • Experience working with students in school settings
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, special education law, and ERMHS documentation
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance and Livescan fingerprinting through the California Department of Justice and FBI
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
  • Willingness to complete all necessary ILP and state-mandated trainings during onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students with emotional and behavioral needs
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to psychoeducational evaluations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to mental health-related goals and supports
  • Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention and management plans
  • Deliver conflict resolution strategies to promote positive school culture
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure holistic student support
  • Support students receiving ERMHS services across one or more district sites
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational and legal requirements
