Job Overview

Elliron Residential is seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Professional to join our property management team. In this energetic, customer-facing role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in showcasing our community. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and customer service skills will help drive leasing success while ensuring a positive resident experience from initial inquiry through move-in.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm; conduct property tours and provide detailed information on amenities, lease terms, and community features
• Manage the leasing process from application submission through lease execution
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC requirements, and Section 8 guidelines
• Utilize Yardi or OneSite property management software to accurately enter data, process applications, and maintain resident records
• Perform legal and administrative leasing tasks, including reviewing lease agreements, managing renewals, and handling resident correspondence in accordance with landlord-tenant laws
• Promote available units using ethical sales techniques while maintaining strict adherence to fair housing standards
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with facilities and maintenance teams to support a well-maintained community
• Address resident concerns professionally and assist with conflict resolution to maintain strong resident relationships
• Maintain organized leasing files, reports, and documentation in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate administration preferred
• Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and Fair Housing regulations required
• Experience with Yardi or OneSite property management systems preferred
• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, lease agreements, and leasing compliance requirements
• Excellent customer service, sales, negotiation, and phone communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including filing and data entry
• Ability to manage conflict professionally while maintaining a resident-focused approach
• Experience coordinating with maintenance or facilities teams is a plus
