Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field.

· 2–3 years of experience
data analyst, analytics engineer, or reporting
role.

· Proven ability to
query and manipulate large datasets
using
SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or BigQuery)
.

· Familiarity with
API integrations
,
SFTP workflows
, and
automation tools
.

· Working knowledge of
data visualization
(Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).

· Strong understanding of
data privacy, security, and compliance principles
— pharma or healthcare experience a plus.

· Strong proficiency with Excel, pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.

· Proficiency in
Python
for data processing (Pandas, NumPy, or similar).

· Experience with digital media metrics (CTR, impressions, engagement) — ideally within the healthcare or pharma space.

· Experience with Microsoft environment - Power Automate, Copilot, and AI automation tools a plus.

· Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple deliverables in parallel.

· Exceptional attention to detail, process documentation, and a passion for accuracy.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in cross functional settings.

· Comfortable working with sales teams and customers to explain data insights and managing multiple tasks in time sensitive situations.

Responsibilities:

· Extract, transform, and load (ETL)
large HCP engagement datasets
from multiple systems (Mixpanel, APIs, SFTP, CRM exports, ad-server logs).

· Write optimized
SQL queries and stored procedures
to aggregate and validate campaign metrics.

· Bonus: Develop
Python scripts
for automation, data cleaning, and file normalization (CSV/JSON/XML).

· Support the design and maintenance of data pipelines to feed dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
