What You'll Be Doing

• Lead accounting operations across multiple real estate and related entities, including property management and commercial holdings.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Partner with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
• Manage and refine internal controls, accounting policies, and financial reporting systems.
• Supervise audits, tax filings, and ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable regulations.
• Provide clear financial insight and analysis to support operational decision-making.
• Mentor and develop a small but high-performing accounting team .
• Support cash flow management, capital planning, and cross-entity transactions.

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of accounting experience with at least 5 years in a Controller or senior accounting role.
• Proven experience managing multiple entities within real estate or property management environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidations, budgeting, and multi-entity reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
