At Rosewood Village – Hollymead, our dining team is the heart of our residents' daily experience. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Full-Time Server who loves creating meaningful moments through great service and genuine connection.

Full-Time | Various shifts available
(Include weekends on a rotating basis)

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour
(based on experience)

As a Server, you'll play an important role in providing an exceptional dining experience:

• Serve meals to residents with friendliness, patience, and professionalism

• Ensure dining rooms are clean, organized, and inviting

• Take orders and deliver meals promptly

• Assist with meal prep, set-up, and clean-up

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Build positive rapport with residents and guests

• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

• Support special events, themed meals, and celebrations

• A warm, positive attitude and passion for helping others

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Reliability and teamwork mindset

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs

• Previous dining or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)

• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and working closely with residents
