We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional food experiences across a two locations. As a pivotal leader in our entertainment businesses, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure top-tier food quality, maintain safety standards, and foster a vibrant team culture. Your passion for culinary excellence and hospitality management will drive the success of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise all kitchen staff ensuring smooth shift operations and high team morale
  • Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all menu items
  • Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
  • Operate and troubleshoot POS systems such as Square POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
  • Enforce strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Train staff on food handling, cooking techniques, customer service expectations, and safety procedures to promote professional development
  • Coordinate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions
  • Develop budgets, manage labor costs, and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Conduct interviewing and onboarding of new team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce
  • Oversee shift management by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving operational issues promptly

Experience

  • Proven experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on kitchen operations
  • Extensive food experience including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production in casual dining or fine dining settings
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems for order entry and cash handling procedures
  • Strong background in inventory control, food safety standards (including HACCP), and food handling regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles
  • Familiarity with catering operations or banquet service is a plus
  • Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently during shift management while maintaining high-quality standards
