Summary

To maintain the Facilitator Division application software with an emphasis on ThinkLP, AlertUs, Total Connect, Safe Personnel, PhlyTrac, Verkada visitor management, and Zoom phone/room system. Maintain and manage users, know product road maps, determine release note impact and required changes, adhere to data governance standards, identify integration opportunities, and recommend improvements. Gather requirements and configure changes within the platforms to support relevant new and existing use cases. Provide training to new and existing users. Ensure continual improvement and enhancement of the applications. Act as backup to the data analytics team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, permissions, and security across systems.
  • Configure each application to optimally support the business processes that rely on the identified applications. This includes data entry, reporting, dashboards requirements.
  • Develop knowledge of the data analysis team tools and processes with a goal of acting as backup/supplement to that team as required.
  • Develop and maintain CounterPoint expertise and serve as a support specialist when needed to supplement the IT service desk team.
  • Attend relevant facilitator and IT team meetings to identify needed system configuration changes.
  • Identify unused or underutilized application features.
  • Be aware of all product roadmaps and manage changes if needed.
  • Facilitate the communication of any application changes to end users and stakeholders.
  • Review and suggest data management improvements, including data quality, processes changes and automation as needed.
  • Manage proactive system maintenance including security reviews, release updates, community forums, and new feature releases.
  • Manage user support tickets.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption.
  • Create and maintain training materials/SOPs and provide new user and ongoing training.
  • Maintain and support integrated applications like Verkada/Exacqvision cameras and access control.
  • Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, HIPAA, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.

  • Relevant experience with information systems and applications noted above are desirable.
