Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Strategic Project Manager to drive the full lifecycle of our key business enhancement programs. This role requires exceptional business acumen, strong project governance skills, and a passion for blending customer retention strategies with operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self-starting leader who can define, manage, and execute complex, interrelated initiatives that maximize customer value and asset performance.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of business programs aimed at enhancing customer lifecycle, service delivery, and long-term asset value.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, define scope and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer value targets.
- Establish data capture and integration requirements to measure program outcomes and benefits.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to execute initiatives that improve customer experience and retention.
- Oversee technology and content delivery solutions to support operational readiness and innovation.
- Monitor program performance, timelines, and budgets to ensure transparency and successful execution.
Requirements And Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, or Product Management, preferably focused on customer-facing programs, subscription services, or asset management within a manufacturing or service-oriented environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, keen business acumen, and demonstrated experience in developing and managing program roadmaps.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interactive communication skills for engaging with stakeholders from executive to operational levels.
- Proficiency with Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and strong analytical skills for tracking program performance and data benefits.
Work Schedule
This is a Monday to Friday position. The hours are expected to be 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
