Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Pay: $100,000 - $115,000/yr

We're seeking a passionate BCBA to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for children and adults with Autism, ADHD, and other developmental or behavioral challenges. You'll collaborate with families, supervise Behavior Technicians, and lead with compassion and evidence-based care.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior and skill assessments.
• Design and monitor individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and adjust programs to ensure client progress.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and Case Supervisors.
• Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote success.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• 5+ years of BCBA experience, including program design and staff supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Reliable transportation for community or home visits
