Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to join our team. The Controller will play a crucial role in overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial management. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts and the ability to lead a team in achieving financial goals.

Duties

  • Prepare and maintain all financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP requirements.
  • Manage general ledger reconciliation processes to ensure all accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Utilize QuickBooks software for efficient accounting practices and reporting.
  • Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Analyze debits and credits to maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to technical accounting standards and practices in all financial reporting.
  • Prepare reports as required by stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide insights on financial performance and assist in budget preparation.

Skills

  • Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and cash management techniques.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and other relevant financial software.
  • Strong understanding of debits, and credits.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate financial management.
  • Knowledge of technical accounting standards and best practices.

Pay: $75, $95,000.00 per year
