We are looking for a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist to help keep our building, property, and basic systems running smoothly. This role focuses on day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating work with contractors, while ensuring the facility stays clean, safe, and in good working order.
Your ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and duties
- Employee onboarding and offboarding:
- Manage new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
- Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee records.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.
- Performance management and development:
- Support the performance management process, including performance reviews.
- Assist in developing employee training programs and development plans.
- HR administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS database.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Generate HR reports and analyze HR metrics.
- Recruitment and hiring:
- Post job openings, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, conduct reference checks, and assist with offer letters.
- Benefits and compensation:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment and answering related questions.
- Assist with payroll processing and compensation plan administration.
- Employee relations and compliance:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns, investigate complaints, and assist with conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Requirements and qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of general HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is often preferred.

- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, Manufacturing a plus
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Comfortable in a fast-changing environment
- Able to use email, spreadsheets, Google
- Knowledge of GMP and SQF a Plus
