We're looking for an experienced, energetic Front-of-House (FOH) Manager to lead our service team and help create exceptional guest experiences. If you're a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, we'd love to meet you
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Train, mentor, and schedule FOH staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Work closely with the kitchen and leadership team to ensure cohesive operations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cleanliness standards
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
We are also seeking professional and passionate line cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This role requires adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
- Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service.
- Maintain equipment and kitchen tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
Experience
- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role for at least 3 years within the food service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling is essential.
- Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required; passion for cooking is key.
- Experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens will be advantageous.
