CNC Operator

Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team and help achieve our production goals while upholding the highest standards of safety, precision, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce high-precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Load raw materials and ensure proper tool calibration
• Monitor machines to identify malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions
• Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance
• Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to all safety procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
• 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience (or equivalent training)
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Basic knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC programming is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
