What will you do in this role?

  • Conducts analysis of in-process materials and finished goods checking for quality and that they meet necessary specifications. Test product following prescribed methods, recording results and taking appropriate action based on results.
  • Create, maintain, and utilize statistical process control charts to analyze test results. Maintain results, test data for review, keep detailed records, create inspection reports, collect product samples and conduct specified tests to verify conformance. Issue certificates of analysis (COA) to customers. Analyze data using statistical methods for customer specification development.
  • Work with operations to create products that meet customer requirements while supporting the flow of the value stream.

  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing methodology and thinking. Identify areas for improvement and implement new methods accordingly.

  • Conduct necessary audits at prescribed frequencies: SPCSG dialogs\audits, EX\DE, NDC, and static audits.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Associates/Technical degree or above required or 3+ years of equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite preferred as well as ability to learn ERP system.
  • Must be able to read and write written work instructions, have basic math skills, high attention to detail and some testing experience a plus
  • Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all environmental and safety regulations, including the Company's environmental and safety policies and procedures. Must be willing to report potential environmental and safety improvements to appropriate supervisory and or management personnel.
