Resident Assistant - Pool/PRN

Pool requirements: 4 shifts per month - 2 weekdays2 weekend days

** PAY RATE BETWEEN $17-23/HOUR **

(based on experience and shift differentials)

Resident Assistant Requirements:

• 18+ years of age
• 1 year of experience, in a patient care role, in a healthcare facility, required.
• Current and valid CBRF certification, preferred.
• American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid certification within 6 months of hire or within 2 years of your initial CBRF First AidChoking certification class. (AHA First Aid certification is valid for 2 years and then must be renewed)
• Required to become med delegated upon hire and be able to pass meds.
• Ability to use computers for charting and communication.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within set guidelines.

What you'll do as a Resident Assistant:

• Assists with dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and ambulation to encourage independence, according to resident service plan and established procedures
• Assists with homemaker tasks including laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation and serving
• Planning and conducting therapeutic activities.
• Supervise self-administration or administer medications by physician order.
