We're looking for an experienced full-time associate veterinarian who is confident in their clinical skills and values compassionate communication, collaboration, and high-quality medicine to join our team.

Pennridge is a privately owned small-animal hospital led by veterinarians who get it. We believe in practicing high-quality medicine without sacrificing your well-being or your love for the profession. Our team consists of seven dedicated veterinarians and a strong medical support structure (nurses, leads, assistants, CSRs) who operate as one team. We build trusting relationships with clients and support them through educated, empathetic communication.

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD)

• Compassionate, collaborative approach to patient care

• Strong communication skills and a desire to work closely with clients and team members

• Interest in continued learning, mentorship, or professional growth

• Ability to contribute positively to a supportive, drama-free team culture

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $110,000–$140,000+ (commensurate with experience)

• Production bonuses with no negative accrual
