Looking for a veterinarian role where you're supported, respected, and part of a team that genuinely values kindness, communication, and purpose? You'll feel at home here.
Join the Pennridge Animal Hospital Team — where compassionate care, collaboration, and excellent medicine truly go hand in hand
We're looking for an experienced full-time associate veterinarian who is confident in their clinical skills and values compassionate communication, collaboration, and high-quality medicine to join our team.
Pennridge is a privately owned small-animal hospital led by veterinarians who get it. We believe in practicing high-quality medicine without sacrificing your well-being or your love for the profession. Our doctors are collaborative, down-to-earth, and truly invested in each other's success and we're ready to welcome another veterinarian who shares our values.
What Makes Us Different
A culture that's real, healthy, and deeply supportive.
We live by our core values every day:
Compassionate Care & Empathy, Collaborative Medicine, Mindful Positivity, and Elevating the Standards of Pet Care.
Our doctors lift each other up, share knowledge freely, and practice in an environment where everyone feels seen and respected. This allows us to work collaboratively with a medical team that values teamwork, respect, and shared problem-solving. Our doctors participate in case discussions, mentorship (if desired) is available, and ongoing skill development is constant.
Work-life balance that's actually honored.
We offer predictable hours, a balanced schedule, and a workplace that respects your time. Our team structure supports regular breaks, reasonable workloads, and the ability to step away when you need to. Your life outside of veterinary medicine matters to us.
A medical team you'll be proud to work with.
Our team consists of seven dedicated veterinarians and a strong medical support structure (nurses, leads, assistants, CSRs) who operate as one team. Our communication is strong, our teamwork is consistent, and our focus is always on compassionate, patient care, not production pressure. We build trusting relationships with clients and support them through educated, empathetic communication.
Quality medicine supported by the right tools.
We invest in the equipment and standards you need to practice medicine the way you were trained:
Digital radiology
Digital dental radiology
Ultrasound
Therapy laser
In-house diagnostics
Modern surgical and dental suites
Consistent medical protocols and strong technician support
You'll never be asked to compromise your medical judgment or your integrity.
Leadership that listens, supports, and shows up.
We're privately owned by Dr. Beth and Dr. Jen, who are in the building, present, communicative, and committed to creating a workplace where veterinarians truly thrive.
What We're Looking For
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD)
Compassionate, collaborative approach to patient care
