Serafini's Trattoria opened in downtown Erie, Pennsylvania, in October 2025. Located at 417 State Street, this new establishment marks the Serafini family's return to Erie's dining scene, building upon a legacy that began in 1938.

Serafini's Trattoria aims to blend traditional Italian hospitality with a contemporary dining experience. The menu will feature beloved classic Serafini dishes alongside new offerings, all crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. A highlight will be the house-made pasta, prepared on-site to ensure authenticity and flavor.

The restaurant will offer lunch service from Tuesday through Saturday and dinner from Wednesday through Sunday.

Job Summary:

We're seeking dependable, energetic Servers to deliver exceptional service and help create a smooth, enjoyable experience for every guest. This is a guest-facing, tipped front-of-house position with a base pay of $5/hour, plus participation in our tip pool (1 point per shift).

Servers play a key role in our service team, with responsibilities including:

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Make and serve beverages
• Take guest orders and answer menu questions
• Run food and bus tables efficiently
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas
• Stock service stations and supplies as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Support team members during busy periods to maintain excellent guest experiences
• Complete daily opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment a plus
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Experience with Toast POS Preferred
