About the Event
Effraim Home Care Agency is excited to host a Job Fair with On-the-Spot Interviews for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). We are hiring for all shifts – weekdays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by helping them live meaningful, independent lives.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities
- Supporting independence, community involvement, and personal growth
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Ensuring a safe and positive environment

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous caregiving or DSP experience preferred, but not required
