Product Assembly Associate – 1st Shift
Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products accurately and efficiently according to established procedures
- Assist with product packaging and ensure quality control standards are met
- Maintain raw material supplies at assembly stations to support continuous workflow
- Place finished products in designated storage areas
- Support shop organization and cleanliness to promote a safe and productive work environment
- Contribute to quality assurance efforts by identifying and addressing potential issues during assembly

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and parts lists
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and proper use of tools
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Work Environment:
- Primarily based in a warehouse setting.
- Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in various positions, including standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Proficient use of handheld tools (e.g., wrenches, sockets, Allen keys, screwdrivers, razor blades, picks, stapler, hammer, mallet, hand crimper, measuring tools).
- Ability to operate powered tools and equipment (e.g., drills, air compressor, pneumatic stapler, sealed air foam machine, sealed air foam mold wheel, Schlueniger electric wire stripper, pneumatic terminal crimper, shop vac, belt sander, palm sander, forklift).
