Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UX Designer with a passion for motion design to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will craft intuitive, engaging user experiences that blend seamless functionality with captivating animations, elevating digital products from static interfaces to immersive journeys. Specializing in product design and UX/UI animation, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ideate, prototype, and refine user-centered solutions that drive user delight and business impact. Key Responsibilities

• Design Motion-Driven Experiences
  : Develop high-fidelity motion graphics, micro-interactions, and animated prototypes using tools like After Effects, Figma, Principle, or Lottie to enhance UX/UI across web and mobile platforms, ensuring animations improve usability without overwhelming users.
• User-Centered Prototyping
  : Create interactive prototypes and wireframes that incorporate fluid animations to simulate real-world interactions, iterating based on user feedback and A/B testing to optimize engagement and retention.
• Collaboration & Iteration
  : Partner with cross-functional teams to translate user research and product requirements into visually compelling designs, conducting usability testing focused on animation flow and accessibility.
• Asset Creation & Optimization
  : Produce scalable animation assets optimized for performance, ensuring cross-device compatibility and adherence to brand guidelines, while documenting design decisions for handoff to development.
• Innovation in Product Design
  : Explore emerging trends in UX animation (e.g., 3D elements, AR integrations) to propose enhancements that align with product roadmaps, contributing to a cohesive design system.
• Portfolio Maintenance
  : Continuously update and showcase your work through a professional portfolio, highlighting motion design projects that demonstrate impact on user behavior and product success.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of motion design experience in product design or UX/UI animation, with a proven track record of delivering polished, user-focused animated interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in motion design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D) and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), with expertise in exporting animations for web/mobile (e.g., Lottie, SVG).
• Demonstrated ability to integrate motion into broader UX/UI workflows, including user flows, information architecture, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link and/or access instructions). Your portfolio should showcase 3-5 motion design projects, including case studies that detail your process, challenges overcome, and measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience in agile environments, with familiarity in design systems (e.g., Material Design, Fluent Design) and collaboration tools like Jira or Abstract.
• Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS) to facilitate smoother developer handoffs.
• Bonus: Experience in specific industries like fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS, where motion design enhances complex user journeys.
