Responsibilities

  • Drive retail sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned retailers through lead generation and direct outreach.
  • Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service, conducting product demos, and upselling relevant solutions to maximize revenue.
  • Develop comprehensive territory management plans to optimize coverage, increase market penetration, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Track leads, manage customer interactions, analyze sales data, and forecast future growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while maintaining strong relationships built on trust and professionalism.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or industrial products.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations, close deals, and foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Skilled in delivering compelling product demos and conducting technical sales presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to upsell additional products or services effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
