Are you a highly skilled Dental Assistant ready to take the lead in a modern, supportive practice? Windy Hill Dental Associates, a well-established general dental practice in Marietta, GA, is seeking a Lead Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) with 5+ years of solid chairside experience to join and help guide our clinical team.

4 days/week – Monday through Thursday

• Monday: 6:45 AM – 2:30 PM
   
• Tuesday – Thursday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
   
• One Thursday every other month: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
   

At Windy Hill Dental Associates, we deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a warm, patient-focused environment. Our office is fully digital and equipped with advanced technology, including iTero scanner, CBCT, Open Dental software, and digital X-rays.

• Valid EFDA certification in the state of Georgia
   
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on dental assisting experience (general dentistry)
   
• Proven ability to take initiative and lead chairside flow
   
• Proficiency in restorative, crown & bridge, endo, implants, and clear aligner therapy
   
• Strong knowledge of dental materials, sterilization protocols, OSHA compliance, and infection control
   
• Experience with Open Dental, iTero, Invisalign, and CBCT required
   
• Ability to reliably work scheduled practice hours

Requirements

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
• Valid X-ray certificate.
• Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
• CPR & first aid certificate.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
