Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to incidents. The Security Officer will play a crucial role in loss prevention and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Duties

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises, including surveillance of CCTV systems to ensure security measures are effective.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing detailed reports of incidents and observations.
• Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.

Experience

• Previous experience in a security role or preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and conflict management techniques is advantageous.
