We service the Commercial, and Industrial markets Nationwide with a focus on all types heavy civil construction. Many of these are Prevailing Wage Work Come join our team if you are dependable, have a great work ethic and a willingness to LEAD a team to move quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines

Must Have the Following:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years' Sales experience
  • Reliable transportation to/from the office
  • Valid Driver's License
  • US Citizenship or Working Visa
  • Ability to lift 80lbs
  • Ability to pass new hire and random drug test
  • Ability to work full time M – F, 7am – 5pm (flex schedule available) & occasional Saturdays as needed
  • Ability to read Blue Prints & to perform Fence Material Take-Offs
  • Good math skills
  • Computer Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, multi-tasking skills
  • Positive attitude

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to review project and sequencing
  • Discuss schedule and objectives with Operational Lead
  • Provide project management activities which include submittals, material ordering or equipment and coordination with field staff
  • Manage change orders and T&M procedures
  • Respond to client issues immediately
  • Review Contract with client via phone conversation (after it has been awarded to Heritage Fence)
  • Daily communication with Operations to ensure smooth installation of projects
  • Participation in weekly hand-off meetings between Estimating/Project Management and Operations
  • Help manage operating expenses by allocating materials for minimal waste, facilitating clean transitions from one job to the next
  • Manage production reporting with our Operation Lead

  • Become familiar with local zoning and code restrictions

  • Plan, implement and manage tasks in accordance with priorities and goals
  • Adhere to relevant safety regulations and requirements including JHA's or AHA's
  • Perform safety audits on projects
  • Peacefully resolve any problems or issues that may arise
  • Prospect local GC's/Clients to get on bid list
  • Foster relationships with current clients and potential new clients
  • Visit current job site to meet with GC's Superintendents
  • Follow up on all outstanding bids with appropriate clients
  • Calculate job costing to determine if bid value is accurate
  • Become an expert on our different product lines and know in great detail the pros & cons of each system
