Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable, timely service with attention to detail and flow
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth, accurate execution
• Anticipate the needs of guests, teammates, and the restaurant as a whole
• Take ownership of your section and tasks without needing to be micromanaged
• Learn from a chef who leads with passion and holds high standards
• Handle opening/closing duties, inventory, setup, and clean-up as needed
• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional presence at all times
• Respect the clock, but never live by it

Experience

• Previous experience as a cook or in food preparation is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen.
