We are hiring an Administrative Assistant II to play a key support role for leadership during an exciting phase of growth for our Sioux Falls operations. This position will work onsite at our office at 200 East 10th Street before transitioning to the manufacturing facility, supporting leadership as the plant moves from construction to full operational readiness.
What You Will Do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to a senior director, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Manage the director's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Screen and respond to incoming calls, messages, and mail, resolving routine matters independently.
- Organize, prioritize, and synthesize information; prepare reports, summaries, and briefing materials for leadership review.
- Draft, revise, and distribute correspondence on behalf of the director.
- Create, maintain, and reconcile spreadsheets and reports to support informed decision-making.
- Act in alignment with company values, policies, and standards of professional conduct.
What We Look For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative certification preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative or related experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- General understanding of business operations, policies, and organizational structure.
What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is $ $33.00 per hour. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or two year certificate in an administrative related field preferred
Years of Related Experience: Typically has 3 - 5 years of related experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: PC skills including expertise with MS Office and Outlook. Basic understanding and knowledge of business unit structure, policies, products, etc. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a moderate degree of sensitivity for confidentiality. Ability to gather, organize and analyze data. Solid sense of priority, logic and objectivity.
