Delivery Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Laundry Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering laundry and dry cleaning to and from customer locations in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of our company, so strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver laundry orders to residential and/or commercial customers.
• Load and unload bags of laundry while ensuring cleanliness and care.
• Verify order details, ensure accurate delivery and pick-up based on customer requests.
• Use company software or mobile app to manage route, schedule, and customer interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicle.
• Report any delays, traffic issues, or customer concerns to the appropriate parties.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry laundry bags up to 50lbs, including up and down stairs.
• Strong time management and route navigation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable.
• Previous delivery or courier experience is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with smartphones and GPS apps.
