Senior Estimator

Senior Construction Estimator - Onsite north of Vancouver, WA - $130K-$165K+ Bonus

Our client, a fast growing locally based, national construction group is hiring a Senior Estimator to support growing project volume across commercial, industrial and public sector work.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare detailed construction estimates
• Review subcontractor bids and ensure scope accuracy
• Attend pre-bid walkthroughs and assess site conditions
• Collaborate with PMs and field teams
• Negotiate pricing and support proposal development

Requirements:

• Three or more years of GC estimating experience
• Experience across multiple trades or project types
• Federal estimating experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and estimating tools

Compensation:
Base salary: $130K to $170K, Full benefits package, Relocation support available
