Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, food industry knowledge, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing attentive service, ensuring food safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash and process payments accurately through POS or cashiering systems
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining sanitation standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Support host/host duties when needed, including seating arrangements and guest relations

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such Toast.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills
• Experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
• Basic math skills for billing and cash handling purposes
• Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.98 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
