We're seeking a dynamic, people-centered operational leader to oversee regional warehouse operations and elevate performance across the board. As our Region General Manager, you will take full ownership of daily operations, team performance, and long-term strategic goals.

• Inspire and guide teams while strengthening a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
• Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory flow, picking, shipping, and returns
• Champion safety and food-safety compliance (OSHA, FDA, and internal standards)
• Manage KPIs and collaborate with Engineering to improve processes and facility efficiency
• Lead labor planning, budgeting, and P&L performance
• Partner with HR to recruit, coach, and retain top talent
• Build strong community relationships and support local business development initiatives

• Has 10+ years of leadership experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
• Brings strong operational knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, storage, retrieval, and transportation
• Communicates clearly, leads with confidence, and drives team accountability
• Understands WMS, RF systems, and warehouse financial processes
• Builds positive relationships and develops people at every level
• Has experience with OSHA/FDA or food-safety programs (preferred)
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience
