Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Duties

• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for loading and unloading goods.
• Operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory levels and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist in maintaining an organized warehouse by keeping shelves stocked and areas clean.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational issues.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in managing stock levels using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with order picking processes and packing techniques.
• Experience operating reach trucks or similar equipment is a plus.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to warehouse operations and management systems.
