Business Analyst 3

Minimum of 5+ years working experience in the following areas:

· 5+ years of proven working experience as a business systems analyst for medium to

large projects.

· Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and other

technical staff, business partners and vendors.

· Able to lead requirements-gathering sessions, including workshops, interviews,

and document analysis, to capture detailed business needs

· Able to accurately translate system and business requirements into epics,

features and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.

· Able to write UAT test scripts and proficient in UAT testing.

· Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks.

· Able to track requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, VISIO, , ADO, JIRA,

Confluence and BI Tools.

· Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and

weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems

· Soft Skills:

· Working experience utilizing the following soft skills:

· Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision

· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
