Join Our Team as a Salon Receptionist

That's why we're searching for a friendly, organized, and professional Salon Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our salon. If you love helping people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit for you

What You'll Do:

• Arrive on time and reliably for all scheduled shifts — consistency is extremely important to us.
• Greet clients warmly, sign them in, and assign them to the appropriate technician or station.
• Sign in and assign clients to their technician.
• Answer phones friendly and helpful attitude.
• Handle transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts.
• Offer beverages and create a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere for waiting clients.
• Assist clients with any questions, concerns, or issues to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Assist walk-in clients and answer questions about services.
• Share information about promotions, services, and new offerings.
• Keep our reception and waiting area neat, clean, and inviting.

What We're Looking For:

• Someone who understands the importance of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills — fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of beauty services, especially nail care (e.g., acrylic, UV gel, dip powder, gel polish, etc.).
• A positive attitude, great energy, and the ability to make people feel welcome.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure during busy times.
