Back and Front House Support

Primary Responsibilities
Guest Experience
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
Be the first point of contact for guests: greet, welcome, and seat customers
Distribute menus and prepare tables for servers
Carry-Out & Delivery Support
Accurately pack all carry-out and delivery orders
Organize, reset, and restock the packing area throughout the shift
Monitor supplies and communicate ordering needs to management
Dining Room Support
Fully reset tables: clean surfaces, replace placements, polish plates and glassware, and reset silverware
Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house environment
Closing Duties
Sweep and mop designated areas at the end of each shift
Ensure packing and host areas are fully restocked and ready for the next service
Expectations

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
